The Space:

Welcome to 51 Stone’s Throw Villa, a bright and expansive 3-bedroom retreat where coastal elegance meets the relaxed pace of island living. This two-story villa is meticulously designed to provide both communal connection and private sanctuary for up to 6 guests.

Living & Dining: The ground floor features a light-filled, open-concept floor plan. The spacious living area is anchored by comfortable, coastal-inspired seating and a large flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights or post-beach lounging. The adjacent dining area provides a dedicated space for family meals and conversation.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare breakfast or local seafood dinners in the kitchen, which features modern appliances and a full suite of cookware and dishware. Please note: Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are not included.

Bedroom Suites:

Primary Suite: Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a plush King-sized bed and a private en-suite bathroom.

Guest Suites: Two additional well-appointed bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, ensuring everyone has a quiet place to recharge.

Modern Conveniences: Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and manage beach laundry with ease using the in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire villa and the quiet amenities of the Stone’s Throw community:

The Stone’s Throw Pool: A refreshing outdoor pool open seasonally (April 1 – October 31).

Beach Proximity: An easy 5-minute walk (approx. 1,300 feet) leads you down shaded paths directly to the public access at Folly Field Beach Park.

Parking: Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking located directly in front of the villa entrance.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. In Season, there is a free trolly stop in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: We are happy to welcome one non-shedding dog under 40 lbs. The community’s shaded walking paths are perfect for your morning strolls.

Starter Kit: We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to get your stay started.

Supplies: For your convenience, major grocers like Kroger and Publix are located just a short 6-8 minute drive away.
