This is a great condo. We loved the opened up bedroom; perfect for just the 2 of us. You can’t beat the ocean front location and view! The couch was a bit dirty but everything else was relatively clean. We’ll likely revisit this property!

The first thing we noticed was the sound of the surf, then the gorgeous view of the ocean! The condo provides beach chairs and umbrella which is an added bonus. It is small at times for a family of four, but honestly the view more than makes up for it. The owners are so great to work with and really go above and beyond. We would defently recommend and we ourselves will be back!

I prefer the layout of the bedroom, opened up to the hall. This one still has the two bunk beds in the hall and door to bedroom. The main reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating, is the sofa sleeper. We didn't use it as a bed, but it was VERY uncomfortable to sit on. We had a tropical storm that week and we spent a lot of time sitting on that broken down couch. But the best thing about this condo, is the view from our private balcony! It made up for the couch. We spent many hours, watching the ocean and the full moon. Hilton head has many great places to eat and the Jazz Corner, is one of our favorites!

This time was the hurricane which we didn't know was coming that way. But they were very helpful when the sliding glass door broke and needed repaired. They were on it as soon as they could and the company that did the repair were very nice. We did get to enjoy a couple of days on the beach!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY nice staff. Responded quickly to concerns. Shower curtain kept falling off wall. (fixed) AC was having hard time cooling both rooms. The bi-fold doors kept falling out of the track. A small safe in the room would be beneficial. A general map of the surrounding area would be of great help. More cabinet space would help to have somewhere to put groceries. An update of the toilet, shower head, stove and sofa with items from this century would be greatly appreciated by future guests. A "cooler" laundry room and elevator would be nice.
