Stainless steel appliances and fully furnished kitchen with breakfast nook (seating for six). Additional dining seating off the kitchen for four. The living room accommodates six comfortably. Back door access to partially covered Trex deck. Half bath on first floor. Plenty of board games and puzzles to enjoy. Bedrooms located on 2nd floor. Master BR with king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and cable TV. Second bedroom overlooks golf course, comfortably accommodates two queen beds (sleeps 4), private bath with a walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. Screen doors (front & back) allow breeze to pass through Villa on cooler days. Five minute bike ride to beach (10 to 15 minute walk) or use the seasonal trolley (fees apply) to Shipyard beach (marker 72) where you will find the beautiful beaches Hilton Head is known for. Two beach chairs included for your use. Restrooms and showers to rinse off sand after spending the day at the beach are available at the Shipyard Boardwalk.
