1678 Bluff Villas is new to the vacation rental market for spring 2025! This beautiful condo has been completely renovated from top to bottom with custom features and luxury in mind.

The open-concept floor plan offers plenty of space to spread out with a comfortably furnished living area, complete with a Smart TV, bar area with beverage fridge and access to the private courtyard. The courtyard features seating for 4, a gas grill and views of the sound beyond.

Back inside, you'll find a dining area with seating for 6, as well as additional seating at the spacious kitchen bar. The gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless appliances, custom cabinets and plenty of counter space. Just off the kitchen you'll find a full-size stackable washer and dryer.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV and access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The owners have also installed an air purification system, with cleanliness as a top priority.

*Please note: Guests staying in 1678 Bluff Villas have access to the South Beach Marina Pool. Guests will need to purchase pool passes. Please ask an associate to send you the link to register for pool access.*

Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. The Bluff Villa complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs is required.

Bluff Villas is located just steps away from the famed South Beach Marina. Guests can enjoy shopping, dining, watersports and scenic views, all within walking distance of your front door!

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
