Der Villamare Oceanfront Komplex befindet sich zwischen dem Hilton und dem Marriott Hotel an einem der schönsten StrĂ€nde von Hilton Head. Der Komplex verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine schöne Außenanlage, einen Grillplatz, einen Pool am Meer und einen Whirlpool. Es gibt auch einen Innenpool, eine Sauna und einen erweiterten Fitnessraum.

Unsere Einheit, 1203 Villamare, verfĂŒgt ĂŒber zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und bietet einen herrlichen direkten Meerblick. Der Wohnbereich verfĂŒgt ĂŒber bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, darunter ein Queensize-Bett, und bietet direkten Meerblick sowie direkten Zugang zu einem Balkon mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen. DarĂŒber hinaus haben wir gerade einen 42-Zoll-Visio-LCD-Fernseher hinzugefĂŒgt.

Gleich hinter dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich der Essbereich mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten fĂŒr sechs Personen. Es gibt auch eine FrĂŒhstĂŒckstheke mit zwei Hockern. Dahinter befindet sich die voll ausgestattete KĂŒche und WaschkĂŒche. Die KĂŒche, die vor kurzem renoviert wurde, ist gut ausgestattet mit GerĂ€ten, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr und Besteck. Der WĂ€schebereich verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine kleine gestapelte Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit großer Badewanne. Das GĂ€stezimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und ein eigenes Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Fernseher und Zugang zum Balkon.

Perfect Family Vacation spot!

We had a great time at this condo! It was nice and spacious, bigger than I expected from the photos! Each room has a big tub and shower (from the pictures I thought the tub was only in the master). Perfect location as it is on the second floor, not too far from the elevator and stairs either!The complex is a great set up with very nice pools and a hot tub! We were too busy exploring the beach and family pool to find the indoor pool, hot tub or fitness center. Nice grilling area and a beautiful garden between the buildings with friendly turtles! (My kids LOVED feeding the turtles lettuce).I would say that this unit is perfect for a family with kids of any ages!

Great Location and Comfortable for Family

We loved the location, the pools and the beach. The new BBQ area was a great bonus, too. Ron was a good communicator. The only thing I would add is room darkening shades/curtains in the bedrooms (very bright in the morning). We would definitely stay at Villamare and rent from Ron again.

Perfect location, perfect for families

We came down for my 6 yo spring break. Grandparents loved it and my son enjoyed bouncing around from the beach to the pool to the hot tub and the indoor pool/hot tub. Plenty to do and nice new amentities. Unit is dated but clean. New bedding would help to spruce it up. Overall we loved it and would stay there again. Host was quick to respond to our needs.

From the moment you walk in you know things are off- the mix and match furniture, sticky flowers, carpet stains, smell of mold, mattresses from 1960, dirty pots and pans put back in cabinets and shower in one bathroom was child size. Safe your money and go elsewhere!!

What a great place!

We are so happy to have found this fabulous villa! We loved the view from the patio, right above a pond. The 2nd floor level was the perfect amount of steps and the location in the complex was ideal - right near pool, bike racks, elevators, exercise building and of course the beach! All communication was handled promptly. The villa itself was perfect for the 2 of us for 3 weeks! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We will look forward to returning next year!

Seemed very clean. Definitely outdated

CleanđŸ‘đŸ»Except the sheets on the fold out sofa were dirty and balled up . We Found a set of clean sheets and put them on. Not their fault, but the elevator was broken when we got there and it took hours to get somebody there to fix it. Normally not a big deal but since I’m disabled it was a big deal. There were some things broken in the condo. We could only use one shower because the handle is broken in the other shower and laying on the shelf. There was no way to turn it on or off. They were busted blinds and doors. Definitely needed updated. But happy it was clean !

Clean, spacious, great location right on the beach. Only minor issue was getting in touch with the Hilton Head contact but ended up resolving our only issue without need of assistance. Would absolutely recommend this property for your Hilton Head vacation.

Fun in the sun

We enjoyed our stay at 1203 Villamare. Ron was an awesome host. We were in walking distance of the beach, pool, local dining and just a short ride to shopping. Our 1 year olds had a blast. Hilton Head has become our new favorite spot. Looking forward to return in the future!

Great location and wonderful stay

We had a blast at the property at Villamare in Palmetto Dunes. Such a great location with a great view of the ocean and tide. Loved being able to see the amount of wind on the ocean and pool. Lovely pond filled with sun bathing turtles and massive fish. Fun for the kids to ooh and ahh. Second floor is great too. High enough up, but not fully dependent on the elevator to get to and from the beach with gear. Also loved that you can’t hear any other condos while inside. We look forward to coming back soon!!!!

Villamare

Villamare is a great property with indoor and outdoor pools and just over the dunes to the beach. I'd recommend renting bikes for nice rides right on the beach and to the nearby shopping and dining. The unit itself needs major updating but was satisfactory since we didn't spend much time in the unit.

Great stay at Villamare

This condo was clean, functional and comfortable. The photos provide a very accurate description of the condo itself. We enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the ocean views. The pool and ocean were just a short walk away. The condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials (couldn’t find a cutting board but made it work), beach chairs and toys as well as small extras like dishwasher soap, trash bags, and salt/pepper. The complex seemed very full during our first week of August stay but accommodated all well. There were definitely lots of people around the common areas but it didn’t feel crowded. I would stay here again.

Great Hilton Head vacation spot

We've vacationed at Hilton Head/Palmetto Dunes on numerous occasions and Ron's place is the best for ocean views and beach/pool convenience. Feeding the turtles in the ponds is a special treat for the grandkids. Easy check-in and had absolutely no issues during our week stay.
