Welcome to our cheerful, beachy 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa at desired Ocean Breeze / Treetops! We purchased this beautiful villa in 2020 and are happy to share it with you. Our property comes with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Rest assured you will be in good hands!! Come and see why Hilton Head is our FAVORITE vacation getaway! Spend the day at the beach, relax by the three on-property pools, browse through the many local shops and enjoy good food all year round.

Our beautifully furnished first-floor villa has tile flooring throughout. Our villa hosts an open floor plan allowing for an airy and light feeling throughout. You will love the beautiful shiplap on one wall as well as the coastal colors throughout.

The fully stocked kitchen has butcher-block countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table comfortably seats six people and there are three additional bar stools for sitting at the kitchen bar.

The Living Room is very comfortable and beckons you to sit back and relax. The large, comfortable sofa is equipped with a pull out queen-sized sleeper. A swivel accent chair allows you to rest comfortably after a fun day at the beach. A 48” Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD player is available for your viewing pleasure. The TV is mounted on a swivel to allow for you to watch the big game from the comfort of our screened in porch.

The Master Bedroom provides a comfortable king-sized bed, ample closet space, a 32” smart-TV with Blu-ray / DVD player and its own renovated Master Bath . The private bathroom offers double sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower with two additional massage water jets for that spa-like feeling.

The second bedroom provides two twin beds, a 32” smart TV with Blu-ray / DVD player and a full bathroom with a tub and shower in the hall.

Wide, sliding doors lead you to the delightful screened-in porch, which is accessible from both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. Relax on the comfortable patio furniture and you will find a great view of South Carolina's beautiful Palmetto Trees, lush landscaping, and sub-tropical feel. This is a quiet and serene place to have breakfast or enjoy happy hour after a day at the beach.

All televisions and blu-ray DVD players allow you to stream content from the Internet using your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. accounts. Cable, free high speed WIFI, bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are included in your stay, along with a starter supply of detergent, soap, paper towels, trash liners and toilet paper.

We have provided a nice collection of DVD's, books, puzzles and games for both children and adults to enjoy.

We have a laundry room within our unit where you will be able to use the HE washer and dryer. A beach wagon, beach chairs and a cooler are also available for your use. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Our unit has a keyless entry, a convenient option for self-check-in and not having to worry about carrying keys during your stay.

There are 3 pools in the Ocean Breeze / Treetops development, and the closest is just steps from our front door. Each pool has free WIFI! The tennis court in Treetops is also conveniently located close to our villa.

Unfamiliar with Hilton Head Island and all it has to offer? No worries, we have created a listing of all of our family's favorite things to do on the island full of dining recommendations, activities and entertainment, golfing and boating excursions and tips to help you discover all the fun available on the island. We have spent many years visiting the island and are happy to provide our recommendations and favorites places!

While this is not a beachfront property, the beach is less than a mile away. Depending on what kind of mood you are in, it is an easy 8-10 minute walk, a 5 minute bike ride, or a 2 minute drive to the beach. Our villa is .5 miles from the Coligny Beach public parking lot. Coligny Beach offers endless restaurants, live entertainment and shopping. The Splash Pad will make any kid’s day at the boardwalk! It leads to the public beaches with a beautiful walkway, bath houses, and rocker swings. Great spot for pictures! Coligny is one of the most popular places on the island and you can easily walk or bike ride there.

World class golf is available close by in Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes. There’s also plenty of putt-putt for all ages. Daily tennis programs are available at Van Der Meer Tennis (which is next door) as well as South Beach Racquet Club. Pickleball is also available daily at Palmetto Dunes and South Beach Racquet Clubs. Visit the neighboring sights of Harbour Town and its Lighthouse, the famous Salty Dog Café of South Beach (don’t forget to buy a t-shirt!), Coligny Beach and the boats of Shelter Cove.

Biking is another popular activity on the island. Bring your own bike or rent locally. Bikes can be delivered and picked up right from your doorstep and the property has plenty of bike racks for you to use. Miles of trails will bring you hours of sightseeing and exercise throughout the week.

Free onsite parking is included with your rental with a maximum of 2 cars.

SWIMMING POOL SEASON is APRIL 1ST TO NOVEMBER 1ST. FREE WIFI AVAILABLE AT ALL POOLS. The pools are not heated but are very warm in the summer months. ****

Our villa welcomes pets and there are several pet waste stations around the property. Our villa is non-smoking.

All Peak season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter (or longer!) periods of time. Monthly SNOW BIRDS WELCOME! Our villa would be perfect for the Heritage Golf Tournament!

We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for the entire rental period. Once payment is made, you will be asked to sign our Guest Rental Agreement. Once returned, we will mail you a parking pass to your home address and email you our Welcome Letter that includes your door entry code.

Our family fell in love with the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island starting in 2008 and we now come to the island multiple times a year. We have dreamed of owning our own place here on the island and are excited that our dreams came true when we purchased this villa in 2020. We are so excited to share our place with you! We will work to ensure your stay is comfortable, relaxing and worry free!
