Minutes from Table Rock Lake and only 10 minutes from downtown Branson. For the golfers, you are only a couple of miles from the exquisite courses at Big Cedar Lodge. This place is the perfect getaway for a medium to larger sized group whether it be a golf trip, lake trip, or time to gather with the family. Please note this property has 2-3 parking spots depending on vehicle size, in addition to first come first serve overflow parking in the community. Celebrating something special? The Lake is a short walk down the road where you can experience beautiful sunsets and fun on Table Rock Lake away from high traffic areas. Another feature of our Branson Canyon Community provides is a private hiking trial which follows a beautiful creek, allowing our guests to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving the neighborhood. WHY FOREST GABLES: We, Horton Management Group, LLC love our beautiful home at Forest Gables because Table Rock lake is a romantic stroll down the lane and provides a perfect place for us to watch the sun as it sets on the water and Ozark hills. Though the excitement and thrills of Branson entertainment are nearby, the stillness of our location in the evening washes over you. As you stand outside at dusk listening to the crickets chirp and watching the fireflies dance, it feels like home away from home, like a place where you can relax and breathe. THE BASICS: 3 bedrooms - 2 Kings, 2 Bunk beds - Sleeps 8 people. 2 Bathrooms - Master (jetted tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, private toilet room), other bathroom (tub/shower combo & sink). THE EXPERIENCE IN DETAIL: As you walk in the front door and are greeted by the open floor layout inviting you into our home. Immediately to your right you will find our sparkling clean kitchen with its dark granite countertops, equipped with everything you need to whip up a hearty breakfast for your family before a day of fun in the sun. Just beyond the kitchen we have our family sized dining table that seats 6 with more seating around the island bar. Lounge in the sun-filled living room after a day on the lake and watch the flat-screen TV with DVD player. The beautiful wood floors and furnishings coupled with a comfy couch and some carefully chosen accents create a home away from home feel where you can truly relax. Our luxury Master bedroom with it’s King size bed, premium bedding, and 50" Roku TV invite you and your spouse to relax together and feel a little spoiled. Room is also equipped with a Keurig machine and traditional coffee maker. You will need to bring your own coffee/pods/filters/creamer etc. This is a vacation after all! Enjoy our Master Bath with it’s jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Our front bedroom is set up with a luxury King size bed, premium bedding, a 50" Roku TV with a DVD player, and big beautiful windows that fill the room with natural light. The bathroom has access from both the bedroom and the main room and comes complete with a shower/tub combo, toilet, and vanity. We have converted and remodeled the garage into a bunk room and game room for your enjoyment. Both kids and adults will enjoy our bunk room with its 2 twin over full bunkbeds complete with luxury memory foam mattresses. This room also has a vanity and sink. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our front porch and soak in the sounds and fresh air of the Ozarks before the kids wake up. Or when it’s Dad’s turn to cook head to the back porch, which is equipped with a grill just waiting to serve up the kids’ favorite hamburgers. Our game room is one of our favorite hallmarks of this home featuring 2 multicade machines, a pinball machine, and a foosball table. NEED MORE ACCOMMODATIONS?!? If you are planning to get out on Table Rock Lake during your stay, Store -N-Go Boat & Mini Storage is located across from State Park Marina where you can arrange to store your boat, boat trailer, or jet skis during your stay. Store-N- Go is about 8 minutes from Forest Gables. There is a public boat ramp a quick 2 min jaunt across the road from Store-N-Go to make it easy for you so you can enjoy the maximum time on the water! If you want to rent a boat, State Park Marina is only 8 minutes away! Table Rock Lake Pontoon Boat Rental at Kings River Marina is also a great place to rent from! PARKING PLEASE NOTE!! - There is only the room in front of the home in the driveway for parking which offers 2 spots. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is also available in designated areas throughout the community. These are first come first serve. All RV's and Boats must be parked off premises, and are not allowed at home! This home is not handicapped accessible!!!
