Bedroom #7: Perfect Kid’s space. (2) Twin beds + (1) Twin/Full Bunk. The En-Suite in here has a bathtub. (Sleeps 5)
NOTE: Both bathrooms up on the Loft Level have double vanities with extra storage.

TWO SPECIAL HOUSE FEATURES:
1.) Coffee & Tea Station. It’s your Starbucks away from home! Test out your barista skills and whip up something fun with the fresh bean grinder, the full brew pot and a milk frother. OR, just hit the single serve K-Cup button. With plenty of cinnamon, chocolate powders, local honey and also locally roasted and fresh ground, this Coffee & Tea station will help get your morning off to a great start.
2.) On the Lower Level the Mini Kitchen is the perfect Craft Cocktail Station. Use the Blender to whip up some frozen treats or the lemon and lime press for fresh squeezed juices. If you’re ambitious, you can make your own simple syrups and store them in the mason jars. You’ll find whiskey high ball, stemless wine, martini and margarita glasses all waiting for your craftiness. We even have specialty ice cube trays to really make your cocktail experience fun. It’s the perfect way to wind down after a long day of fun and activity. The popcorn machine and toaster oven are perfect for snacking foods, if you prefer a low-key movie night.

AROUND TOWN:
The Front Foyer Console is full of brochures and a guest book with lots of tips and tricks for booking shows and renting boats or water toys.
When you are ready to head out on the town, there is so much to see and do.
If Branson doesn’t have enough fun for you, there is always Springfield with their cavern tours and Johnny Morris’ first original Bass Pro Shop that now has the most amazing taxidermy zoo and both fresh and salt-water aquariums attached. It’s an all-day affair and perfect for a rainy day. It is TRULY SPECTACULAR!

BOAT & TRAILER STORAGE:
There is a boat & trailer storage lot right sandwiched in between Branson Cove and the State Park Marina, so you can keep your water toys close by. You can call ahead if you’d like. As well, there is a boat launch up the street with storage for your trailer, if you don't want to drive into the Marina. While it's NOT a slip to keep your boat in the water all week, it's an easy way to store it and have very quick access in and out of the water. It's the next best thing to a private boat slip.

CHRISTMAS AT LODGE 50
This Lodge is FULLY DECORATED FOR CHRISTMAS. It's one of the only Lodges in Community with Outdoor and Indoor Decor. The Owners love Christmas and it's a time to be with Family. We've created a family environment with a Baking Station, Recipes and a Peaceful Ambiance with all the Christmas Lights and 2 Fireplaces. If you're staying for Christmas, we'll even provide hooks for all your stockings.

RATES: We know people like to plan ahead. Our rates are set seasonally. In Fall we set the rates for upcoming Spring/Summer. In Spring/Summer we set the rates for the upcoming Fall. Operating Expenses are reviewed seasonally. We hope we don't have to raise rates, but your rate may fluctuate slightly. We appreciate your understanding. Thanks.
