The kitchen combines modern dark finishes with warm accents, featuring stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for four, and extra bar-style seating along the wall. Gather around the dining table for ten to enjoy meals and conversation together in style.



Entertainment continues in the game room, where a pool table, a Street Fighter arcade game with dozens of classic games, cable TV, and a cozy couch make it a favorite hangout spot. Step outside to take in the water views—on the upper deck you’ll find a dining table for six and a grill for alfresco feasts, while the lower deck invites you to unwind in the hot tub or relax in the comfortable seating.

This home comfortably sleeps 20 guests between 6 private bedrooms, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement game room.

• This home is a walk-in unit with no steps required, with a ramp available for guest convenience.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 4 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis.

• Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, Pineapple Shores. Larger parties are encouraged to rent the combined/parent unit (Pineapple Duo) for access to both homes.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
