And of course, the beautiful Surf city / Topsail Island beaches !! We are approximately 4-5 miles away and there is soooo much to explore, from Surf city, to North Topsail, and all the way down south of the island to Serenity point!
There are 3 piers on the island, so you can fish and sightsee. There are many boat tours available and water activities. We look forward to sharing our beautiful Beach town with you!

Loved decor. Proxmity to island good. Clean. Many extra stuff in trailer. Chairs at entrance outside in very poor condition. No bath math, slippey! No place for shampoo and soap. Bed mattress wrapped, hot.

Great Short Beach Stay

This rental is very conveniently located to the Surf City Beach. It is clean and exactly as described. The large king bed is comfortable. It is small so great for a couple. We also ate at wonderful local restaurants nearby. The AC works and runs often. Neighborhood is quiet and has other mobile homes. Host made sure we had everything needed, thank you!

Little Holly Ridge Getaway

This is a very cute little property not far from Surf City and the beach. It worked out great for the four of us during our brief stay in North Carolina. It was VERY hot while we were there and the AC was wonderful!

Loved it!

We booked a trip very last minute (booked Wednesday night, to arrive Thursday). While we were traveling we received messages from Melanie confirming our arrival time and telling us the door code etc. She was very nice and very easy to contact throughout our stay. The house was so cute and so clean. They provided bath towels and beach towels, and my kids loved to play the tic-tac-toe game on the ottoman. The neighborhood was very quiet and our stay was amazing. 10/10 would recommend this house and Melanie!

Peaceful Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach, about 20 minutes away. It was a bit chilly when we were there, but we enjoyed walking the beach and in the neighborhood each day. The rental was exactly as advertised, and Melanie was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book this rental again.

Great Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and tastfully decorated home. It is centrally located and a great launch point to all Surf City has to offer. It was amazing to enjoy a day at the beach and return to a home we could truly relax in. Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I will definitely return to this home again and again.
