Notes on Pets and Parking:

* 1 dog is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dog must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $300 per pet non-refundable pet fee will apply- dogs only
* Parking for ONLY to 2 vehicles
