Whether you are relaxing on the covered balcony, hanging out in the living room, or making a meal in the kitchen, you are never far from seeing the ocean, hearing the ebb and flow of the tides and smelling the salt air. This well-equipped 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath, second floor condo has the feel of the perfect “home away from home”.

Sitting on your private balcony with your morning or evening beverage will become just one of your favorite Topsail memories. Along with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean your view includes the well-maintained Surf Condo grounds and pool. Bring your SPF and a good beach read and follow the pathway to the beach crossover. Spend your days enjoying the beach and all it has to offer or follow a different path to the community pool with its pergola and ample lounge chairs and seating.

Ocean Vue located in the Surf Condo complex is a quick car or bike ride into the town of Surf City, where you’ll have plenty of fun gift shops, attractions, and activities to investigate. You can try a different restaurant each night or stop by one of the many fresh seafood markets and make your own amazing feast. The kitchen is well stocked with the serving wear and cooking implements you’ll need.

You will find yourself returning year after year to Ocean Vue. Your days here will become a cherished memory needing to be refreshed with every visit.

In addition to the King master bedroom, you’ll find a cleverly designed sleeping nook with twin bunk beds and a bonus Queen sleeper sofa in the living area. While this condo makes the most of its space to accommodate up to 6 guests, you’ll find that it feels open and airy with plenty of space.

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).
Gate/laundry/pool keycard required with a credit card on file.
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises.
No Pets - No pets allowed by tenants on the premises.

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
