This family-friendly beach house is the epitome of calm and relaxation. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home offers an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life!

The beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to soak up the sun and surf. It`s effortless to unwind and escape from reality in this beach house.

Bathroom essentials including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for guest convenience. Linens and towels are also provided for guests to use in the home.

LEVEL 3- LIVING/DINING
On the top level of the home is the living room with 55` TV and cozy sectional couch. The living has a sliding door that opens up to a balcony with furniture for sipping your morning coffee. On the other end is the dining room with large table for sharing memorable conversation with friends and family, and the spacious kitchen with island countertop, perfect for cooking your next meal! This level of the home also has a half bathroom for guest convenience.

LEVEL 2- BEDROOMS/LAUNDRY
This level of the home has 3 bedrooms.
The primary suite has plenty of room to spread out and a KING size bed. This room has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and a very large walk-in closet available for guest use. This bedroom also has a TV that guests can enjoy.

A hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo and washer/dryer closet divides the primary suite from the remaining two bedrooms.

The second bedroom has a DOUBLE bed and closet space. This room has a mounted TV for guests to enjoy.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed with an overhead TWIN size bed. Underneath is a DOUBLE bed, and below this is a pullout TWIN size bed. This room sleeps 4 people total.

LEVEL 1- CARPORT/OUTDOOR SHOWER
The lowest level of the home is the carport level that allows for parking for up to 4-5 cars. There is also an outdoor shower, providing an easy way to rinse off after your beach day! Guests will enter and exit through this level of the home using the carport door with keypad. Just inside this level of the home is a locked room used as the Owner`s and Cleaner`s closet. Guests will not have access to this closet during their stay.

Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay with the exception of the shed/greenhouse outside and the locked closet on the first level of the home. This is used by the owners and cleaners for supplies.

This home is situated on a corner lot of a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach community is great for walking, bike rides, and close distance to the public beach access.

The beach is short walking distance away, however we do recommend a vehicle to explore all that Topsail Island and Surf City have to offer.

We ask that you take care of the home as if it were your own. We hope to provide a great space for all guests to unwind and relax during their time here!

+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind.
+ No parties, events, drug use, smoking of any kind in the property.
+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+ Pets must be disclosed and listed in your reservation
