Sleeping up to 8 guests and welcoming dogs, this home combines comfort and convenience—perfect for families and groups seeking a coastal escape. This home is built for both relaxation and adventure. Launch straight into the sound from the community boat dock just steps from the back door, with kayaks and paddleboards ready for use, or bring your boat down and keep it in front of the house for the duration of your stay. Queens Grant offers an abundance of community amenities, including a pool, hot tub, playground, basketball court, picnic area, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, and convenient beach access with parking just across the street.

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, reverse floorplan with the main living area on the top floor. A wall of windows floods the space with natural light and frames sweeping sound views, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. The contemporary living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area make gathering together effortless.

House Layout -

Top Floor - Open concept kitchen/living room/dining area. The living room is stocked with many games for family entertainment, as well as a standup arcade with hundreds of games even the adults will remember and enjoy!

Middle Floor - There are three bedrooms located on this level, each with a queen sized bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and free standing shower. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The master bedroom and one other bedroom offer deck direct deck access with amazing intracoastal waterway views.
A laundry room is located on this level as well with a full sized washer and dryer.

Bottom Floor - This floor features an additional sleeping space with a full over full bunkbed.

After a day on the water or beach, guests can use the outdoor shower for easy clean up. An elevator provides effortless access to every level, making your stay as convenient as it is enjoyable. Whether you’re boating, fishing, paddleboarding, or simply relaxing with water views, You’re in Heaven #198 lives up to its name. This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs (max) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog.

There is a keyless entry lock, and guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival.
