Details:
La Plage is a Gulf Front Resort directly on the Beach! Our condo is a separate stand alone building complete with a private garage and elevator.

The ground level features a private garage and access to the elevator and stairs. The relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico welcome you from the open and bright living space on the third floor. With multiple patio doors, the oversized furnished balcony, complete with a dining table for six is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is also featured on this level with counter seating for three. A dining room with seating for offers an indoor dining option.

Retreat to level two for the three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms feature a Queen bed and the master bedroom includes a King bed. A separate den with a large work space and Queen sofa bed provide additional space. This floor also includes a wet bar in the hall with a mini fridge and sink and access to a large furnished balcony with partial Gulf views, lounge chairs and a table for two. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

LaPlage has a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Catch the nearby free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

I can't say enough about this property. I would give it 10 stars if i could! Very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. Beautiful location with the beach just steps away. We loved the top floor patio, that's where we ended every night. We appreciated the extra beach chairs in the garage, they were definitely a plus for those in our party that traveled by plane. The beach cart was also a plus, it helped so much when setting up at the beach for 6 people. Easy check in and easy check out. Thanks for making everything so easy and thanks for a wonderful stay, we would definitely stay here again and again.

I cannot say enough about this property and the proximity to the beach and all that the island has to offer! The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating! The porches are a place to sit in the morning with your coffee and take in the smells, breeze, and island sounds! The pool is feet away from the house as well as the beach! Anna Maria paradise!

We throughly enjoyed this vacation home! The home was immaculate and situated just steps from the beach. The elevator was a wonderful amenity. Use of the beach chairs and umbrella is very convenient for those flying in. The complex pool and hot tub were very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

We travelled with 2 adults and 4 kids/teenagers. Way more space than what we expected. For us, location to restaurants/shopping, site seeing is ideal. Steps from the beach! This was a 2nd stay in the condo complex, you can bet we'll be back for our 3rd!!

Perfect vacation home

We loved everything about the house on AMI. Very quiet and convenient to pool and the beach. Kids loved the ability to go back and forth between both. Perfect location to see the beautiful sunsets from the beach or third floor balcony. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys in the garage. We are very happy with our first stay in AMI and will definitely return.

Great for family!

Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and we could see the sunset from the upper balcony! Loved the pool. It was heated and so even on colder days we were able to swim with our toddler. Some of the furnishings in the house are older because it's a beach/vacation house but the beds, kitchen, bathrooms, were all very clean and we had no concerns about cleanliness. Easy check in and check out with good communication. Would be a great location for a large family because the bedrooms are large, each has their own bathroom and lots of storage space.

I love this property!

I can't say enough positives about this property. We visited a friend a few years ago who stayed in another condo and loved the location and how close to the beach and north end. So when I found this property in our budget, I grabbed it. My 72-year old mother, husband, and daughter stayed and all of us thought it was perfect. Lots of space to spreadout. My daughter enjoyed the pool, more than the beach. We will be back! Also, great communication from the managment company.
