Inside, the décor has a subtle tropical vibe with a dining table that seats four along with a comfy sofa and club chairs, making this an inviting space to gather and socialize. The open-ended lanai is a great place to relax and take in the ocean and Molokai views all day. The bedroom features a Cal King bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and entertaining your guests. There is an in-unit washer & dryer and plenty of storage for your groceries, supplies and gear. Because J201 is an end unit, there is no corridor outside the bedroom and it is located away from the elevator and maintenance and service areas, making it one of quieter Papakea units. J201 features split system air conditioning in both the living and bedroom areas. Reliable Wi-Fi service at 100-200 Mbps is provided in the unit by Spectrum.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

***Notice of Property-Wide Plumbing Project:
-An extensive property-wide plumbing upgrade is now underway at Papakea and you may hear some noise during the day, as construction proceeds through the different residential buildings.
-Work on J201 will begin October 20, 2025, with estimated completion scheduled on or around March 1, 2026. Reservations will not be accepted during this time.
-Not all units are affected at the same time and at no time is work being performed on the recreational and landscaped components of the property.
-Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for emergency weekend work.
-Contractors will begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Noisier construction tasks usually do not start before 10:00 AM and are completed by 5 p.m., barring unforeseen circumstances.
-Despite the contractor's best efforts to plan, dates are subject to change.
-The overall project is tentatively scheduled for completion in June 2026. Please know that to compensate for any inconvenience caused by the construction, we have decreased rates for those dates which might be affected by the construction, both before and after the blocked-out dates noted above***
