The Space:

An HDTV and Ethernet connection provide additional flexibility whether you’re unwinding or working remotely.



Sleeping arrangements

The sleeping area is separated from the living space by a sliding panel door, creating a defined yet airy layout. A queen bed anchors the bedroom space, and a sleeper sofa in the living area allows the condo to host up to four guests. The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.



Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:



• A large heated swimming pool

• Three brand-new hot tubs

• A brand-new sauna

• All new loungers and daybeds

• Modern barbecue and grill stations with seating

• A children’s playground
