This condo is newly renovated. My focus is to provide a Spotless and relaxing experience for all of our guests.
The Island Colony is centrally located and has a lovely Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Fitness Center.
All of the Amenities which also include Barbecues and Tables are located on the 6th Floor.
The Fitness Center has a one-time 10.00 fee to be paid to the Front Desk (waiver to be signed). It is located on the 6th Floor as well as Laundry which accepts Credit Card. There is also a Convenience Store located on the 6th Floor.
Luggage Storage at back of building (Lobby door exit left of Elevator past mailboxes)at Smart Car Rental hours 8 am to 1 pm. (Subject to change). Please coordinate a couple of days before check out for pricing and pick up times.
Parking
There is a Parkade attached to the building. The rate is $47.00/overnight rate. This does include In and Out Privileges. Parking ticket may be paid at the machine in the Lobby.
