We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls. This place was PERFECT! A separate bedroom for parents and each kid had their own bed. A/C worked great. Ample beach supplies. 10 minute walk to the beach. We did pay for in and out parking when we arrived and it was well worth 94 for two nights. Host was responsive. I would definitely return!

Great central location close to everything including the bus. Beautiful views. Comfortably hosted our adult family of five. Has beach towels, chairs, cooler bag, umbrella and boogie boards ready for the beach. The pool deck with BBQ and tables to eat at. Joshua was a wonderful host. Nelson picked us up with the limo at the airport. Highly recommend this location. Great car rental downstairs for the day trips to explore the rest of the island. The car rental even held our luggage while we explored before heading home on our red eye flight! We look forward to coming back to this location. Thank you Joshua!

Joshua is a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. The location is great, with views of the canal and Waikiki beach from the oversized corner Lanai with super comfy furniture. We spent so much time on the Lanai! It was only a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and great food/drinks. The building is a bit dated, but has all the amenities needed and the unit itself is lovely. Joshua had the unit stocked with so many extras (coffee, creamer, snacks, snorkel masks, beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, water shoes) that made our stay that much more convenient. The living room set up with 2 good size beds made it ideal for our family of 4 with older kids. We managed to find free parking on Ala Moana about half the time and the other half we either parked in a 2 hour spot and moved the car later or just paid the daily parking fee. With in and out privileges, the daily parking made sense on days we were coming and going a lot. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Honolulu with a great view. It's the perfect base for exploring the city and Waikiki Beach is just a short walk away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook dinner. We felt very safe thanks to the security. And Josh is very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment with stunning 31st floor views and great amenities (pool, hottub, and grill area weee all amazing). The apartment itself is well laid-out, and was able to easily squeeze our family of six - we loved that we could all fit on the balcony to play a game! Perhaps the biggest standout for this stay though was our host - Joshua was SO responsive and accommodating. It has been a long time since I’ve had a host this helpful. It felt like he was truly invested in us having a great and easy vacation. Do not hesitate to book!

We are a family of 4: 2 adults, 2 kids (8 and 5). This space surpassed our expectations. Both kids were able to utilize the couch pullout, so we can’t speak on the Murphy bed; they were both comfortable. The layout was perfect for our needs, to separate the adults from the kids when necessary and then together for family time (the balcony - views) otherwise. We rented a small SUV so parking wasn’t much of an issue, but we did see full size SUVs in the garage - be aware it’ll be a tight fit. It’s not written anywhere and verbal instructions were a bit lacking from the front desk, but future reference: keep your original parking ticket. Location was walking distance (about 2 blocks) to the main Waikīkī streets (aka cheap shopping!). The 49er Restaurant in the lobby was perfection every morning. You can order ahead for pickup to skip the line that does eventually get long, and there aren’t many tables to eat at. We ate on the balcony every morning instead. Getting in and out to the highways was also easy. Our only gripe was the elevators. Even though there were many available, it was hard to catch one going up from the lobby due to the amount of space between them and the amount of people also waiting. But once you’re on it, the elevator itself moves quickly. Josh was quick to answer questions, was very gracious allowing us to check in early, and the cleaning crew were so nice. Overall, everything was perfection. We hope to stay again in the future.

Nicely kept up condo, recently renovated fully stocked. Joshua was very responsive which we appreciated. The condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants & mall. Overall it was a very relaxing experience, you have to pay for overnight parking but we were told it’s less expensive than other buildings. Fireworks on Friday night where awesome!

Great location near everything!

We spent a week here and it was very comfortable with so many extras. Six of us stayed at the apartment, check-in was easy and we settled in for the week. There were 3 beds that worked well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We did reach out to the host and received a quick response to a question. The views are amazing from the balcony and the living room. It is located near everything and a quick walk to the beach. What a great time!

My husband and two adult sons stayed here for 2 and 1/2 days. The Murphy bed was great so they each had their own bed. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. We rented a car which was unnecessary because we walked everywhere! The condo is really nice and it was great to be able to do laundry in the laundry facilities. The building overlooks the canal and we spent countless minutes watching the fish and canoeing people.

This condo had the most incredible view from the 31st floor! It was very reasonably priced and well appointed. It was also very clean. The location was absolutely fantastic to access downtown shops and restaurants. Best of all, Joshua was an absolutely exceptional host! He was very responsive, notably kind and helpful. My only regret is that, due to our flight being delayed, we were only able to enjoy this condo for one night and didn’t get to take advantage of all Joshua’s unit had to offer.

A beautiful unit in Waikiki

This is a beautiful and well-furnished unit, with great views of Waikiki. Joshua, our host, responded in a timely manner to our messages. He was extremely well-organized, such that check-in and check-out procedures went very smoothly. The unit was housed in a comfortable and spacious facility with modern amenities. We liked that it is a short walk to Waikiki Beach (beach chairs and beach towels are in the unit), with lots of dining and other amenities close by. It is also located close to major thoroughfares for easy access for driving across town or anywhere on the island. There is a Safeway close by for stocking up if you wish to cook your own meals. This facility also provides access to a four gas grills and outdoor picnic tables on the 6th floor near the pool if you want to do any of your own grilling, which we enjoyed as well.
