The space

Positioned on the 37th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this entire one-bedroom condo faces southeast, capturing open ocean and Diamond Head views throughout the day. Large windows bring in consistent natural light, while a window AC unit and ceiling fan keep the space cool and comfortable. The layout is practical and well-considered, with a private entrance and elevator access from the building's garage.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door, offering privacy for couples or those who want a clear boundary between rest and relaxation. Inside, you'll find one queen-size bed and one full-size bed, with closet and dresser storage for longer stays. The living area includes a pull-out sleeper sofa, bringing the total sleeping capacity to four guests. Fresh bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows, and blankets are all provided, along with room-darkening shades.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with a Frigidaire refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel electric stove, Whirlpool stainless steel single oven, microwave, freezer, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, bowls, chopsticks, cups, and wine glasses are all included. A dining table provides a spot for meals in, and complimentary coffee is on hand to start your mornings.



Bathroom and essentials
