STARTER SUPPLIES:

We provide a welcome starter supply kit stocked with - one pack of coffee grounds, coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towel, tissue, can liners, salt & pepper, spray oil, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon arrival.



HOUSEKEEPING:

Our professional housekeeping team has strict procedures and checklists to guarantee constant quality across all our properties. All linens and towels are professionally cleaned with scent-free detergent and high-temperature washing (180F). Our trained inspectors also check everything before each arrival.



The cleaning fee includes all of the services listed above and restocking for amenities after each departure. There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.



LINENS & TOWELS:

You will receive one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, washcloth, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets, and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, and pillows and blankets are in the closet.



LAUNDRY ROOMS:

There are laundry rooms on each floor with coin-operated washers and dryers. A single pack of laundry detergent is provided in your starter supply kit.



TRASH ROOM:

Trash rooms are located at the end of each floor, next to the emergency exit.

We would definitely stay here again. The room was spacious and it was stocked with the basic necessities. The corner room offered a quiet, comfortable stay that was super close to the laundry and trash room, which was convenient. No noise or smell from either. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an awesome plus and made our beach time way better. Convenience store inside the building was helpful when baby needed milk at random times. Parking was easy. The garage was cramped, but that's everywhere in Hawaii. There were always plenty of spaces. The company was clear and communicative. Overall OK

The condo was actually very nice and wonderful, the property was not so good as the halls are very shabby and downright dirty with lot's of "projects" in a state of "is anything actually going to happen here" kind of staus. That being said the staff were kind and excellent and location next to Kapiolani Park was perfect. Anyway, it's the only 2br place we could find without paying almost 9,000 for 8 days. Despite it all, we're "low maintenance" and with our young adult kids with us we still had an amazing time. Cheers!

Adequate and useful

Don't let the run down and smelly hallway confuse you--the property is adequate for the purpose, clean and useful. Staying in Waikiki is never the best, but being near Kapiolani Park and Kaimana Beach helps. This is a utilitarian space that includes a kitchen and the beds in the bedrooms are nice as are the pillows. The fold out couch is okay. The bathroom is small, and the whole place designed for a utilitarian stay--you will regret overpacking if you do! Includes a cooler, 2 heavy beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of towels etc. The view makes the place--Diamond Head takes up the entire living room picture window and gives the place some "wow"! Walkable to places of interest and not loud. Laundry facilities next door.

Great place to stay for waikiki

The listing was accurate and communication with the host was quick and easy. The building and elevators are little run down, but the actual room was great. We don’t spend too much time in our room when we vacation, but this place has such a beautiful view of diamond head, we found ourselves looking out the window a lot. Location is great as well, the free parking was helpful and anything Waikīkī is walking distance.

This property was perfectly located for our family of 5. We were close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, and even the zoo if desired, but not so close that street noise or partying was an issue.
