Important safety instructions for pool and marina. Please read and follow all instructions carefully.



DANGER: Risk of accidental drowning. Extreme caution must be exercised to prevent unauthorized access by children. To avoid accidents, ensure that children cannot use the pool & marina unless they are supervised at all times.



DANGER: Risk of electric shock. Do not permit any electrical appliance, such as a light, telephone, radio, television, etc. within 5 feet of the pool.



WARNING: to reduce the risk of injury:



The use of alcohol, drugs, or medication before or during pool use may lead to unconsciousness with the possibility of drowning.



NO glass, NO food, NO running allowed at the pool & marina.



Persons using medication should consult a physician before using the pool since some medication may induce drowsiness, while other medication may affect heart rate, blood pressure and circulation.



The gate leading to the swimming pool must be properly secured at all times to ensure adequate security at all times.



NO pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool at any time.

Guests understands that he/she is responsible for the behaviors of any guests, friends or visitors on the property that their behavior or excessive noise does not cause inconvenience or complaints of any kind from neighbors or authority concerns.



Guests will use the swimming pool & marina at the guest's own risk. Airbnb hosts/owner will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by the tenant, and/or the tenant's occupants or guests when using the swimming pool & marina.



Guests understand owner/hosts and their representatives will have access to the property to monitor condition and upkeep of the pool.



Any and all claims, disputes or allegation, actions, cause of action, claims for relief, liability, costs, expenses, compensation, fees, demands, losses, punitive damages and damages of whatever name of nature, whether known or unknown, in any manner arising, arisen, growing out of, or connected with, or in any manner involving to Airbnb hosts and property owner shall be released from any and all claims.



Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.



Start-Up Supplies: dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

– NOT PROVIDED: beach umbrellas, beach toys, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, coffee, condiments/seasonings, cooking oil, fabric softener, or bleach. This private vacation rental does NOT include resort services such as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or toiletry supplies, cleaning provide during the stay with extra cost.
