Set on the 34th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, this one-bedroom condo offers elevated views and a bright, breezy atmosphere. The southeast-facing orientation keeps the space filled with natural light, while the height adds a sense of privacy above the city. Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within easy walking distance, making it simple to enjoy the area without needing a car.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one king bed and one full bed, along with closet and dresser storage. In the living area, a sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. The layout accommodates up to four guests, with linens and bathroom essentials provided.
Living space
The open layout connects the living area and kitchen, offering a comfortable place to relax between outings. A seating area and TV provide space to unwind, while the lanai doors can be opened to let in fresh air and views. Window AC unit helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
