Spalling repairs on the Ocean/Marina-facing side are nearing completion. However, there may still be intermittent noise during work hours: 8:00 AM â 4:00 PM
*Balcony doors are currently locked and not accessible during this phase of the project. We truly appreciate your continued patience and understanding as this portion of the work wraps up. The overall building spalling project remains on schedule for completion by Summer 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).
