Aloha! I am in the middle of a remodel on my private 1 bedroom 1 bath condo up on the 20th floor near diamond head in Waikiki. Enjoy sunsets and dinner on the large 70 sq ft balcony.
-3 blocks walking to the beach through a side street and to the best surf and swimming Waikiki offers  
- Walk to Dukes Restaurant & beach bar along with tons of other restaurants
-Walk to shop at International marketplace, Nordstrom Rack and down Kalakaua ave where there are so many beautiful shops
-Condo has large lanai where you can look out to the ocean and watch the surfers while sipping coffee in the morning.
-No need for a car unless you want to rent one for the day to circle the island. Uber and Lyft are very accessible here in Honolulu and can take you anywhere you want to go without the hassle of parking.
-Walk to coffee shops, surfing, swimming, sailing, loads of restaurants and nightlife. The bus runs daily as well.
***I would post more photos but at the moment I am updating the unit with a new bathroom, free standing luxurious bath tub and new paint. The home has a very comfortable king size pillow top bed, lots of cooking supplies and an open kitchen. There is outdoor seating and an eating space where you can watch the surfers of Waikiki while enjoying your morning coffee. The condo is located on the quieter end close to Diamond head, the beach and zoo. Great surf is directly out front of the condo 3 blocks away. There are also surfboard rentals on the beach close by. You can easily walk to all the best restaurants, coffee shops, the aquarium, sailing + shopping. Watch the beautiful sunsets and swim every day just a walk away. If you are looking for a longer stay in Hawaii this is a comfortable space for you to enjoy. 15-20 minutes from the Airport. Great central location on Oahu.
