Also, $35 plus taxes will be charged for any request(s) to unlock room due to, but not limited to, the
following: misplaced, lost, missing, unreturned or stolen room keys, etc. There is no charge for re-activating defective
room keys if original keys are turned in to the Front Desk.

Please be advised that there'll be spalling repairs in the building in the coming weeks.

On Monday, November 18, 2024, Elite Construction Services will begin concrete repairs on the parking structure at Palms at Waikiki.

Work hours are Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), excluding weekends and federal holidays. It is expected to take 3 weeks to complete depending on weather and unforeseen conditions.


Noise
Jackhammering and grinding can be expected during work hours. Noisy hours are from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Parking Stall Closures
During the repairs, some parking stalls will be temporarily unavailable. Elite Construction Services will note the unavailable stalls on the posted project
schedule. No parking signs and delineators will be utilized in the work areas. Please observe all cordoned-off areas and abide by all warning signage.
