A PRIVATE WEST MICHIGAN BASECAMP FOR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS
The Hopkins Hideaway gives your group room to spread out, reconnect and play in every season. The home sits on 40 private wooded acres crossed by three scenic streams, with trails to explore, a streamside firepit for evening stories, and a year-round seven-person hot tub for relaxing under the trees.
Inside, about 3,500 square feet balances together-time with room to recharge. Share meals from the spacious kitchen and dining area, warm up by the real wood-burning stove, stream on Roku-enabled Smart TVs, or settle into the dedicated garage game room for arcade games, ping pong, darts and board games. Gigabit internet service supports streaming and remote work; actual speeds can vary.

EXPLORE, PLAY AND UNWIND
Walk the private wooded trails, watch the streams, soak in the hot tub, or bring your permitted ORVs for careful low-speed riding on the property. Off the property, Allegan County offers lakeshore towns, parks, breweries, wineries and seasonal events. Guests planning road-based ORV outings should check the current Allegan County Road Commission map and local restrictions before riding.
GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• The garage is a game room only; vehicles cannot be parked inside.
• There is no outdoor dining setup.
• Guests provide their own firewood and charcoal.
• The streams are scenic only—no fishing, swimming or other stream recreation.
• Use reasonable low speeds on the wooded trails. ORV riding and other outdoor noise must stop after 9 p.m.
• No hunting, parties, events or smoking.
• This is a large wooded property, so insects and wildlife are part of the setting. Close doors promptly and supervise children around the streams, hot tub, playground and trails.
• Two exterior Ring cameras remain active during stays and are triggered only by outdoor movement. They record video and audio when triggered. One deck-mounted camera views the driveway; one front-door camera views the door and adjacent front deck, away from the hot tub.
Come for the privacy and outdoor space; stay for the easy mix of hot-tub evenings, game-room competition and wooded Michigan adventure.
