The home is less than a mile from Horseshoe Bay Resort, which boasts tons of entertaining amenities for you and your loved ones. Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lakeside Park, Johnson Park, Kingsland Community Park, Longhorn Cavern, Perissos Vineyard and Winery, and Delaware Springs Golf Course, all within 25 miles.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the blanket of natural light, the open-concept floor plan, and the upscale furnishings radiating comfort from every corner. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite shows on the large TV on the mantle, or serving brunch on the expansive balcony and patio, outfitted with stylish and comfortable patio furniture. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, and a formal dining table. Extras in the kitchen include a wine cooler, an ice maker, and appliances like an air fryer, blender, drip coffee maker, keurig, electric griddle, and a five-gallon purified water cooler. An elegant main bedroom on the ground floor showcases a private entrance to the deck, a private TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower.

The neighborhood has a boat ramp accessible by combination provided upon booking, please remember that the ORE boat ramp is private and only for property owners and their families, not for the renter. Please use the public boat launches of Wirtz Dam or Cottonwood Ramp
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
