Gather in the open living areas to plan the day, then head down to the community’s waterfront area where you’ll find a deck with patio seating, a kayak launch, and day docks to tie up a boat or jet ski. Back at home, fire up the BBQ for a casual cookout, or enjoy a quiet moment on the primary suite’s private balcony.



Stay connected with WiFi and make use of the laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. A washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays and lake outings a breeze.

Important Things to Note

• Parking and Marina: Onsite parking is first-come, first-served. Unassigned spaces are available, and you may also park in front of the garage or inside the garage (compact cars only).

• No boat trailer parking at the unit. Trailer parking and a public boat ramp are available at LBJ Marina (about a 5-minute drive).

• If bringing a boat or jet ski, guests may use the community day docks on a first-come basis for day or overnight parking on the water.

• Waterfront Access and Gear: Guests have access to a waterfront area with a deck and patio seating, a kayak launch, and day docks (first-come, first-served).

• A paddle board, kayak, life jackets, and floats are available for guest use in the garage. Please return items after use so the next guest can enjoy them.

• Resort and Local Access: Guests do not have access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities, except the Waterfront Bar & Grill, which is open to the public.

• If attending an event at the Horseshoe Bay Conference Center, the unit is an approximately 3-minute walk.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed.

• Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, indoors and outdoors. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning or any damage.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
