Open floor plan has grand views from the kitchen and living areas. The large back deck allows you to enjoy the abundant nature this quiet home has to offer and is a bird watcher’s paradise. The deck is equipped with patio furniture, table and charcoal grill.
This property has swimming, fishing and boating on the calm waters of Lake Catherine. There is a 36' x 6' pier with boat bumpers, tie up hooks and a swim ladder. Relax on our attached 26' x 12' floating dock with Adirondack chairs and Umbrella. So bring your boat and water toys.
The first bedroom has a king size bed with half bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with window looking out at the lake. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and USB charging stations. The living areas are furnished with comfortable seating and a large 50-inch TV. All TVs are equipped with Roku, Hulu, 70 channels of live TV including all major networks and ESPN channels plus a movie library. The Home is equipped with high speed WIFI Internet.
Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ water and ice dispenser, microwave, stove / oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender and is fully stocked with dishes, cook wear and utensils. We have an outdoor, gas grill on the patio so you can cook while enjoying the view of the lake. You can come for a vacation and never leave this property!
Want to see the sights, we are just 15 minutes to just about anywhere in Hot Springs, Historic Downtown Hot Springs National Park, South Central Avenue Business and Restaurant Areas or Beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens.
THIS HOME IS LIMITED TO 2 GUEST AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN, but is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Parties, Events or gathering of any kind is NOT permitted.
WINTER LAKE DRAW DOWN, From November 1 through March 10th, Lake management typically lowers Lake Catherine and Lake Hamilton from 3-5 feet. This will expose the lake bed in shallow areas around the property and the dock will have little water below it if any.
The Property has 2 exterior security cameras mounted on the eave by the garage. The camera's coverage is the front of the house and driveway.
