Welcome to The Central Loft, a stylish retreat in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft is nestled along iconic Central Avenue, mere steps from Bathhouse Row and surrounded by the natural beauty of Hot Springs National Park. There's no need to drive anywhere downtown when staying here - we are right by everything!

With an open floor plan and contemporary decor, The Central Loft offers a cozy, inviting space with a Central Avenue view from the dining and living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private outdoor deck. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, smart TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy.

For larger groups, there’s also a queen-sized air mattress available, accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably. Fresh linens are provided in all bedrooms and bathrooms, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare meals.

Awesome Downtown Loft

We've stayed at many 5 star hotels over the years and own Condos in Aspen and other resort communities. Tossing out our own properties we've customized for us, this is the best condo we've ever stayed in. It's functional, comfortable, and a short 4-5 block walk to Bathhouse Row, many restaurants. We had a very nice stay. The loft is very cozy, clean and comfortable. Centrally located on bathhouse row which makes walking everywhere very convenient. A great place for couples and a nice weekend getaway.

Beautiful condo. Great location!

We were 2 couples and the unit was perfect. The location is ideal to everything downtown and free parking was a convenient 2 blocks away. You can park by the unit to unload and load and can do paid street parking right in front if you desire. Bad weather forced an early departure but that didn’t deter us from having fun while there. Easy walking to baths, shops, and restaurants.

We stayed during December and it was like a movie! The loft is truly something to see. The owners have thought of everything. We had everything we needed. The loft is decorated beautifully and fits perfectly for the location. Walking out the front door to bathhouse row during Christmas time was nothing short of majestic! The whole town felt like a hallmark movie. This was our 5th time in Hot springs and my husband said he wasn’t going again unless we got this loft again! Nice! Does not disappoint!

We booked this loft for a get-a-way trip with friends. It did not disappoint. Loved the location - from the view through the large front windows (through the trees and baskets of flowers to the street below and the rock cliff across the street) - it’s walking distance to a cute coffee shop, the Grand Promenade, shopping, dining, bathhouse row, hiking trails and more!, this unit is right there, but it’s hidden and private, too. Well stocked kitchen, lots of room for cards/puzzles on the game table and still having the dining table available for meals. Plenty of room, large closets, it’s a comfortable space. Manager was quick to respond to any question I had. Can’t think of anything to make this property better! We’d definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Awesome stay!

This is a perfect location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we planned to go. The property was very clean and had a home feel. Suggested attractions, places to eat and entertainment was an added bonus. We were not disappointed at any of the suggested restaurants or attractions and magic show we attended.
