We offer a 10% discount for military and repeat customers.

As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 12 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests!

***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets. If bringing 2 pets, you will receive a request for the second pet.

***We have two security cameras for safety reasons on the outside of the property. One is on the garage and faces the driveway, the other one is on the deck. We also have a ring doorbell.
