This Serene and Elegant home offers an abundance of Comfort and Relaxation. Beautiful detailing and plenty of usable outdoor space make this home the perfect start for your vacation. Reading/Conversation nooks, a convenient desk space, plush living room furnishings, an Electric Fireplace and a Large Screen TV allow you to relax in style. The well-designed Kitchen is the heart of the home. Coupled with an outdoor propane grill and the open concept environment, it is perfect for enjoying home cooked meals. If you are needing a moment of quiet meditation, step out to the roomy back porch, relax in a comfortable chair, sit in the sun or take a walk on the beautiful forest path located directly behind the home. Enjoy three gorgeous bedrooms, each with a Queen-Sized Bed and flat screen TV's. The spacious master bath includes a walk in Shower, vanity and large closet space. Two of the bedrooms share a second Full Bath. The hosts offer a few games and books for your enjoyment, located in the cabinets near the fireplace. The driveway is steep at first, but it is level at the top. Garage space is included in use of home.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

No Parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 p.m.

Pets will be considered with a fee and approval of owner.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $25.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
