Home has a large boat dock and swim ladder for those considering bringing their own boats. Owners keep 3 Kayaks on premises for guests use.


I also offer a 20ft Pontoon boat for guests to rent $175/day (includes all your fuel) if they choose to (qualified boat operators only with a signed waiver)

four to six guests can stay in comfort in this updated home king bed, queen bed (along with 2 blow up queen mattress available for larger families) with a well-stocked kitchen, 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Living room boasts a 65" Smart TV w/ cable, DVR, Blu-Ray players in all the rooms (43" TVs in each bedrooms) Each bedroom has cable TV and blu-ray players for your streaming pleasure (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime, etc).

Owner keep ample DVDs in unit for your enjoyment (for the quiet nights or rainy days).

King size Bed in Master bedroom, Queen bed in guest bedroom (we keep 2 queen air mattresses for larger parties) you can comfortably sleep 4 -6 ppl.

Kitchen is fully equipped for any meal prep including a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker (I keep plenty of k-pods there)

Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the living/sun room or outer deck(s) or boat dock. Owners keep 2 BBQ grills (1 propane and 1 charcoal) on site for nightly outdoor cooking along with 3 kayaks for guests. There is some modest fishing tackle and a few fishing rods for guest use.

This town home is located only 3 miles from the West gate entry to Hot Springs Village with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. About a 20 min drive to the historic section of Hot Springs and 40 miles to Little Rock.

In the Village you can play 9 great golf courses, enjoy the many hiking and biking trails, fishing, and water sports. Lake DeSoto has the Waypoint Marina with boats, kayaks, canoes and paddle boats for rent as well as a restaurant. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center available with an indoor pool, massage therapist, and many classes to choose from. There are 12 clay tennis courts and nearby pickle ball courts. The Village has two very nice beaches on Lake Cortez and Lake Balboa!

If you’re looking for adventure outside of the Village, go to nearby Hot Springs for horse races at Oaklawn Park and Casino gambling, see the historic bathhouses, visit art galleries or visit Lake Hamilton.

This property is less than 12 miles to Lake Ouachita and Ouachita National Forest (pronounced Wash-ee-taw) where you can rent a boat and fish or cruise the largest fresh water lake in Arkansas (40,000 acres). Lake Ouachita area offers fishing, swimming, beautiful beaches and abundant walking/hiking trails. Bring your motorcycles and take a scooter ride up Highway 7 for some scenic views in the country.

Please, no smoking indoors. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a $75 pet fee (no more than 2 pets $100 total for 2 pets). Please inquire before requesting to book.

The unit is approximately 12 miles to Lake Ouachita, 45miles to Little Rock Airport and 16 miles to the town of Hot Springs.
