Whether you are watching the sunrise on our private boat dock, taking a sunset cruise in our kayaks, playing golf on one of nine courses in The Village, or playing tennis at the Coronado Tennis Complex, this Townhouse has it all. And if that's not enough recreational choices, you can even hike one of the 12 trails, hang out at Balboa beach or rent a boat at Balboa or Waypoint marina and explore several lakes in The Village.

For those not familiar with The Village, it stretches across 26,000 acres of the scenic foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. There are a plethora of things to do around the area like attend horse races at Oaklawn Park, shop for antiques in downtown Hot Springs, visit Magic Springs/Crystal Falls theme park, visit the historic Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs or enjoy a meal in the beautiful Arlington Hotel (where then Governor Clinton often hosted official meals for visiting dignitaries).

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master suite on the main floor and two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower level. There is a sunroom on each level with views of Lake Coronado. There is also a deck located off the sunroom on the lower level for cooking out, enjoying an adult beverage outside, or simply enjoying the sounds of crickets and frogs singing their nightly tunes. The private dock on the lake is 10 X 10, which offers a great platform from which to fish, sunbathe or swim. We have added 2 new kayaks to our dock for your enjoyment. Please use at your own risk.

The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and the rooms downstairs come with a queen, and two twins respectively. There is plenty of room for your family and friends who want to join in on the getaway.

The property has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Basic pots, pans, and glassware are offered, but you may want to bring your own utensils if you desire to cook a special meal.

Towels and linens are provided, but we ask you to furnish your own beach towels. The property also has a washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes prior to returning home. Wifi, high-speed internet, and three smart televisions are available for your use. Basic cable is provided with capabilities of streaming your favorite apps.

The townhouse is within walking distance to three of the Village's most popular amenities--the fitness complex, the Coronado Tennis Complex, and the Coronado Fitness Trail. It's also within walking distance to a local Italian restaurant where you can unwind with an adult beverage and some good conversation.
