There is a private boat ramp, slip, and lift (currently out of service) at this fabulous bayfront home! One of the few, a rare find...
Please contact us for approval if you need to use the boat equipment, (that is for experienced boaters only). A deposit is required.

No boat, that's okay, fish right off the dock, then clean and cook your fresh catch on the grill provided.

What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment.

Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities.

You won't want to go home, so book a few extra days if you can!

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note our policy for items left behind:
We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
