Third-party bookings are not allowed. The reservation holder's ID and contact information must be verified with the host.
4. Guest Count and Verification
The number of guests on the reservation must include all individuals present, even if they arenât staying overnight. Misrepresentation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and guests will be asked to vacate without refund.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking. The breed must be disclosed for approval.
Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled when unsupervised. An extra $500 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed.
Clean up after your pet promptly, and pets must be accompanied by their owner at all times. There is a $25 per day, per pet fee.
6. Thermostat Settings
Please keep the thermostat between 70-75°F. A $50 penalty may apply if this is not adhered to.
