- We have hosted many wedding parties for getting ready, and special occasions e.g. rehearsals, elopements, bridal showers, etc.

The living space is ideal for both family vacations and and special occasions. It has everything to make you feel at home – spacious living and dining areas, 5 bedrooms, 1 study room, 3 smart TVs, well equipped kitchen and tableware, extra sofa beds and air mattresses, etc.

This is a peaceful and quiet neughborhood with strictly enforced ordinances. If you plan to throw a loud party, please look elsewhere.

We have 5 exterior cameras in front door, side doors, garage door an back yard that will be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.

DO NOT park on the grass or on the street as we have up to 8 parking spots in front of the garage.

MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- DO NOT park on the grass or on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum. In the event of undisclosed pet(s), your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval are not allowed.
- No smoking/ illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property. VIOLATION PENALTY $500
- Please respect the noise curfew after 9PM.

POOL RULES:
- Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM
- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.
- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained
-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk.
No running, diving, or any type of glass in the pool area. No children swimming without adult supervision.

BUGS & WILDLIFE Disclaimer:
Please understand, we have a big backyard and are in close proximity to open fields. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but limited to: deer, birds, bees, mosquitos, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches, rally polies to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We DO spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control Mother Nature, and therefore, we DO NOT refund if encounter her business during your stay. Thank you.
