This peaceful home is at waterfront, close to Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas Water Park, Costco, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping center, with entertainments and recreations. Easy access to I-10, Grand Parkway (99) and energy corridor.

The house has no one but your family. The listing rate is for 2 guest rooms with one Comfy King bed, one Queen bed, and for all amenities listed, up to 6 guests per night (extra fee will be charged if use airbed ( extra bed cleaning fee), or when more than 4 people), the full airbed is available on request, and can be put anywhere as you like.

The 2 rooms are facing lake view with beautiful landscaping. Each room has its own walk-in closet, a table and a chair and includes all necessary linens and bedding stuff for your comfortable stay.

There is an office as workspace as well, which is now shared with a bedroom. It is located downstairs with a table for 3 30-inches monitors, and a leather office chair, a surge protection plugin ready panel for your daily work. The office is surrounded by 4 large windows which let you oversee the beautiful front garden while you are working.

Laundry room is equipped with Samsung Washing Machine and Dryer, all front load capabilities, no washing detergent is provided.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and utilities as a family can expect, such as, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker, hot water boiler, coffee maker. It has coffee set and wine set for your convenience as well.

Of course, you will find a outdoor kitchen sitting in the backyard for your BBQ grill and your fun…

This was an amazing listing. I was here for a new restaurant opening and the location was perfect for my commute. There are many things around and also really easy to get to. The Katy Mills outlets are just a couple min away. The home itself is very comfortable and spacious. Backyard is charming and the neighborhood pathways for walking are great if you have a fur baby to bring. The host was super communicative and checked in often to make sure that my stay was going great. Would have loved to stay here longer as my restaurant opening has been delayed but I enjoyed my entire time here. I would definitely love to stay here again in my future travels as I will be making regular visits to the Houston/Katy area in the coming weeks.

Overall the house is nice, the neighborhood was great! Other than that things didn’t go well…the ac never worked quite right and the instructions given were very unclear. The property wasn’t very clean (dishwasher full of dishes when we got there!). They gave us 4 towels for 3 people for almost 5 days?!? The towels and linens were AWEFUL. The car in the garage and cameras and locked off master gave me an uneasy feeling the whole time. Then there was the ac repair man that showed up one morning…just not our best VRBO experience over all. NO cleaning supplies provided - I couldn’t wipe the counters or anything after cooking except with dish soap. I bought a new kitchen sponge because the one provided was disgustingly old and dirty. We won’t stay again

Maybe the worst experience ever on this app.

A family funeral brought me and my family to town. When you walk in, the “office” is a card table. It was next to a large blowup mattress that took up half the living room. We were told to “ignore it, but if we use it they will charge a fee”. My toddler discovered several cabinets full of cleaning chemicals. The cabinet locks advertised must no longer be available. I was intrigued by the listing boasting bidets in the bathrooms. What a design choice! I realized that the rusty metal cylinder snaking behind the toilet was in fact attached to a DIY kitchen-style sprayer head. As long as you have a tetanus shot, you could spray your bits clean! Surely the hot tub advertised can make up for the shortcomings. Oddly, it seemed to be missing? When reaching out to the host, he explained that the bath tub gets hot water, thus is a hot tub. I guess I could use the 3 foot rusty metal toilet hose to act as a bathtub jet, but on my way to the bathroom the door handle of my bedroom fell to the floor, locking me in for a brief time.The curtain rod is falling off the wall, so it was difficult to avoid sun streaming in in the early hours. Overnight there was a coldsnap. The fireplace on the listing should warm us up! Unfortunately, despite finding the gas key, it didn’t work. In check out, the host accused us of peeing on the sheets? The only thing more fun than this house was the funeral we went to during our stay.

This is a lovely house with a beautiful backyard. The covered outside sitting area has an outdoor grill and sink. It’s perfect for a couple or a small gathering. We enjoyed having our morning coffee there. We were in the area for our granddaughters high school graduation. It was a nice place to relax from all the hustle and bustle; yet convenient to stores, shopping centers , eateries and a movie theater.

Clean and convenient

The house is just as pictured! We had a perfect stay for our family of three and a dog. The amenities were perfect and the communication from our host, Frank, was clear and easy. Being right on the small lake was so peaceful - the neighborhood is lovely and super quiet with mostly families and retirees. We loved how close we were to everything and can’t wait to return again soon.

A perfect home away from home

Our stay was really wonderful. We enjoyed grilling and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well equipped and we attended our family functions well rested. The house is close to all of the amenities Katy has to offer. Frank was very kind and responsive.

Nice location and property but could use some changes

The home was perfect for our needs. The linens were clean as was the bathrooms. The floors however had clumps of dog hair all over to where i had to vacume and sweep as soon as we got there. That was really gross and disappointing. Also the rooms availabile tonstay in are 2 guest rooms in which the 4 of us all had to share 1 bathroom to shower in. It would be better to clearly state that the master bedroom is not available to use so guests know what to expect. Other than that the pla e was great.
