Upon booking this property, an Air Home Lets representative will contact you to verify your identity. They will need to check your Government backed identification matches the card holder information used to make the booking payment. Please note, the card holder must also be present with their Government backed identification at the time of check in.

Central Brighton is a mere moment away, boasting a buzzing retail centre, food to suit every possible taste, and more culture and nightlife than you could shake a sizeable stick of rock at. But for those looking for a quieter stay, the seafront really couldn’t be much closer, and both Hove Lawns and St Ann’s Well really are on the doorstep, offering a range of sports including boules, tennis and table tennis, as well as a great children’s play area.

Just around the corner, quirky little specialist shops and independent retailers span the length of Church Road, an area that also offers cafés, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Do ask for local recommendations, as we know all the best places to go!

Please note, there is 1 bedroom with 1 x king size bed, for 2 additional guests there is a very comfy double sofa bed in the front room (the sofa by the window). Spare bedding and linen can be found in the wardrobe in the bedroom. If you would like the sofa bed made up in advance, we require a minimum of 1 weeks notice.

Due to the central location of the property you can travel by foot all around Hove and to Hove seafront, you can even take a stroll into central Brighton! Busses run very frequently into Brighton and the surrounding areas too.

Travelling by car:
Most of the surrounding roads are pay and display bays for a maximum of 2-4 hours parking so I suggest parking at a local car park where you can purchase a long stay ticket for the duration of your stay. The local car parks are Norton Road, King Alfred and Hove Station car park, one may be better than the other dependent on what you plan to do when staying at Hove. Alternatively, if you find a spot along the seafront there are pay and display bays that allow you to pay for the duration of the day however these spaces are very limited. Or please use the Just Park app to look for local parking spaces for sale for the duration of your stay, guests find this app can be handy when trying to find a central parking space.

Travelling by train:
To hop on a train and explore more of the area, Hove train station is a 5 minute walk, and it’s 25-minutes to get to Brighton train station on foot. But if this all seems a little too much, there is both a bus stop and a taxi rank at the end of the road. Parking can be found at Norton Road carpark BN3 3BE, 5 mins walk from the apartment. Or you can find pay and display bays for shorter parking time up to 4 hours outside the apartment.

Majority of bus routes can be caught from the road that runs along the bottom of where the apartment is located. Please ask if you need any help with bus routes.

Please Note : There is a ring doorbell installed at the property, located on the front door. This is to ensure no unauthorised guests enter the property and for guests safety.

Please be aware the second bed is a double sofa bed, if 2 adults are sharing this it might be a little cozy!

For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.

This property is professionally managed. Our team is available Monday–Friday 10am–6pm and weekends 10am–4pm. Messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following day.
