The space
Welcome to our 320 sqft studio-suite nestled away in the beautiful lakeside mountains. Get well rested with the comfy queen sized bed that sleeps two. Need to sleep 4? The convertible couch easily converts to a small double bed that can sleep two small children or one adult! Linens provided for both. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, two burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, and kitchen table with a coffee bar. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo (towels provided). The studio is positioned on the second floor in the rear of Building 2 with elevator access.

Included in your stay is access to resort amenities: 2 outdoor pools (one overlooking the lake), one heated indoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, private beaches, fire-pit, playground, large arcade, 24 hour gym, newly renovated basketball/tennis/pickle-ball courts, volleyball court, two fishing piers, two boat ramps and miles of paved walking trails. Hiking trails only 3.4 miles / 7 min away at Smith Mountain Lake State Park

Enjoy on-site dining at The Landing (fine dining restaurant), Bruno's Clubhouse Bistro, Bottles & Bites, The Sweet Retreat or The Mariners Marketplace which includes Starbucks coffee, gifts, beer/wine and a variety of grab and go eats! *Some select restaurants are seasonal so depending on the time you visit, will determine what is open*

Golfers can enjoy a semi-private 18 hole championship golf course at a discounted rate, an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones, Sr.

Bringing a watercraft?
Boat slips with trailer parking are available to rent. Upon booking, there will be instructions sent to you and a link to register your boat in advance for a slip right by the condo. The fee is $50 for the first day and $25 each additional day.

Renting a watercraft?
Guests can rent a boat, jet ski, kayak, or PWC directly with the resort seasonally. The Bridgewater Marina down the road rents boats year round.

Mariners Landing is a picturesque lake community with more than 1,000 rolling acres and over 500 miles of shoreline to explore. With wineries, historical attractions, boutique shopping, and fine dining and bars, there is countless reasons you will want to vacation here :)

Guest access
Once you book, you will need to:

1. Provide your email address and phone number, so that we can register you with the resort.
2. You will then automatically receive an email directly from Mariners Landing Guest Services with a digital resort amenities waiver attached. *This waiver MUST be signed at least 48 PRIOR to check-in, or you may risk not getting your PIN for access to the amenities upon arrival*
3. On check in day, you will receive an email from Mariners Landing Guest Services between the hours of 12pm-2pm EST. It will include your PIN and this will allow you access to all amenities.

*The waiver will include an area to register your boat in advance if you are bringing one and it will also include a boat slip rental form if you wish to do that as well!*

-Boat launch is regulated by the resort with extra fees (See Above)
-Golf not included, but is available at a discounted rate.
