Professionell gefĂŒhrte Luxusresidenz auf einem 7 Hektar großen GrundstĂŒck mit Zugang zu beiden Seiten zum Wasser, einem privaten weißen Sandstrand und Panoramablick auf das Wasser. Das 1800 qm große Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber drei Schlafzimmer, eine offene KĂŒche / LR / DR mit außergewöhnlichem Blick auf das Wasser mit Blick auf Milford Haven und die Chesapeake Bay.

Gut ausgestattet fĂŒr bis zu 8 GĂ€ste, mit 3 Schlafzimmern, bestehend aus einem King-Size-Bett, zwei Queens-Size-Betten und einem Twin-Size-Bett ĂŒber der vollen Koje sowie zwei kompletten Badezimmern mit Außendusche. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde die KĂŒche des Gourmetkochs mit professionellem Besteck und Kochgeschirr ausgestattet. ZusĂ€tzlich gibt es einen 5-Flammen-Gasgrill zum Grillen und eine große Feuerstelle zum Kochen von Krabbentöpfen oder einfach zum Schmoren.

Das Wasser rund um das Anwesen ist sehr warm und flach, mit weißem Sand unter den FĂŒĂŸen und normalerweise sehr ruhig - ideal fĂŒr StandUp-Paddleboarding, Kajakfahren oder einfach zum Faulenzen mit den Kindern.

Mit zwei neu gebauten Pfeilern, die sich ĂŒber das GrundstĂŒck erstrecken und an deren Enden jeweils ein Deck angebracht ist, gibt es zahlreiche Bereiche, in denen Sie am Wasser sitzen und sich entspannen können, wo Sie gelegentlich Schoten von TĂŒmmlern beobachten können, die vorbeischwimmen. Die Gegend hat unglaubliche Angelmöglichkeiten fĂŒr Striper und Croaker sowie jede Menge Blue Crab und lokale Austern buchstĂ€blich im Hinterhof.

This was our second time at this home. We love the access to water and the sandy bottom for our kids to play in. The house was clean and well appointed. Crabbing and fishing were excellent. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Beautiful property with gorgeous view!

Mikes house is a beautiful place with a stunning view. It was just what we needed- very relaxing & refreshing and close to many amenities. The house is very well provisioned, especially the kitchen. He has everything you need in the kitchen which is often not the case (we enjoy cooking together on vacation.) The interior is light & airy with gorgeous views of the river. When we had a small hiccup with the check-in process, Mike was very helpful. We really hope we’ll be back!

Family Getaway

We spent an early Thanksgiving here at Mike's beautiful home. Probably one of the most well equipped vacation homes we have ever visited. The setting is incredibly beautiful, private yet close to shopping and restaurants. definitely will be coming back.

Coastal Cottage on the Bay

Mathew’s is like home for me. I was not disappointed by this trip. We enjoyed Bay views, sitting on the deck and most importantly building community in the living room. What a great experience! I recommend this property for a couples getaway, families looking to getaway or a girls Trip.

Beautiful Property with All the Amenities

This place was a dream! The property was so beautiful and the house had all we needed and more. Our family had a great time! The beach area was much smaller than we were hoping (maybe from recent rains?) but the kids still had a blast. We enjoyed the fire pit and catching crabs right out of the bay. Terrible mosquitoes but we were prepared for that. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

Awesome vacation in nature!

We absolutely loved this property! The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. The property is like vacationing in a private nature reserve, beautiful walk ways and so much wildlife to watch. Dream house

A peaceful semi-secluded house with access to calm waters of Chesapeake Bay. You’re about 30 seconds from the water on one side of the house, and a couple of minutes walk down a private boardwalk through a picturesque marsh on the other side of the house. Even though the temperatures were HOT during our stay, we spent a lot of time outdoors on the water learning to SUP and kayakig. We saw dolphins, deer, a bald eagle, osprey, rabbits. It’s a dream location—semi rural but town is only 5 minutes away. The house was immaculate.

Beautiful, tranquil retreat that’s well-stocked!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties, but this was one of the best. Unlike some other houses, this host has stocked many items for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Especially in the kitchen, there were numerous staples provided for those who forgot or were unprepared. Games and activities abound, both inside and out. The only frustration was with all the remotes to the TV. Never did figure out the Bose speakers so just used the TV speakers. But we rate this a 10-star home:-).

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property completely exceeded my expectations. The description of the property truly doesn't do it justice. It was one of the best equipped rental homes I've ever stayed in. The attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable. I loved that even though it felt remote enough to feel exclusive, it was still close to everything I needed. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Quiet and Relaxing

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Mike came to our rescue when the place we initially booked canceled our stay last minute. We were fortunate to be able to stay at his place. It was very quiet and set off the beaten path. We enjoyed an abundance of wildlife-osprey trying to chase away eagles. We were leaving for dinner one night and unfortunately had to scare away the doe with 2 fawns and the 4 rabbits in the yard. Having coffee or a glass of wine on the deck over looking the water was great too. Mike was very responsive with any questions we had. The house is well stocked with everything you need and more. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely perfect

The house had everything we needed for a great week away. We really didn’t need to bring anything besides our clothes and personal things. There were even spare phone chargers and flashlights. The kitchen is very well-equipped and we enjoyed several fresh seafood meals at the house. The view is the best part, though, and watching the sunrise from the deck was my favorite thing. We rented kayaks and paddle boards and the teens enjoyed them a lot but we probably would have been fine with a one day rental as opposed to the whole week as we took several day trips away from the house to Haven Beach and Williamsburg and Jamestown and antiquing. Hole in the Wall was a great spot for dinner. Two of us enjoyed a chartered fishing trip and caught lots of Spanish Mackerel. This was the first time the guide didn’t clean the fish though, and that was a pain to do ourselves especially since the price of the charter was equal or higher than what we usually pay with fish-cleaning included. But we had everything we needed to do the job at the house. The mosquitos weren’t a problem. There were a few as expected in a marshy area but it wasn’t nearly as bad as I feared they would be. We definitely had a great time and hope to come back.

Views, activities and comfort

Overall we had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, clean and has wonderful views. The porch screens had a few holes and couldn't get the ceiling fans to work, but didn’t stop us from enjoying a morning cup of coffee, just might have stayed longer if no bugs and a breeze. We loved the large umbrella on the back dock! We think the other doc could use one just like it (wink wink) but we all had a blast, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, swimming and wakeboarding. Bring your bug spray, the mosquitoes are ruthless but leave the rest at home, this place has it all. We can tell you have put a lot of love and work into the house. Thank you for sharing it with us! We would love to return someday.
