The Space:

Palmas Fairway View is a cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa nestled within the beautiful Beach Village community of Palmas del Mar Resort in Humacao, Puerto Rico. Overlooking the golf course and surrounded by the resort's tropical scenery, this spacious villa is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking to relax and enjoy everything Palmas del Mar has to offer.



With approximately 1,000 square feet of living space spread across two levels, the villa offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy central air conditioning throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.



For added convenience, the villa is equipped with a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with laundry during longer stays or after a day at the beach.



Whether you're spending your days at the beach, lounging by the community pool, or exploring the resort, Palmas Fairway View provides a peaceful home base for your stay.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Guests must climb stairs to access the villa, as there is NO ELEVATOR. The entrance to the property is located on the second floor.





LIVING AREA



As you enter the villa on the upper level, you'll find the washer and dryer conveniently located near the entrance. A staircase leads down to the main living area, where you'll be welcomed by an open layout that connects the living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony.



The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating the perfect spot to relax after a day of enjoying the resort. A door from the living area opens onto the balcony, which is shared with the bedroom and offers peaceful views of the golf course. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the tropical surroundings.





SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



- BEDROOM: Located on the main level, the bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, central air conditioning, and direct access to the shared balcony.



- BATHROOM: The full bathroom is located on the same level and is easily accessible from both the bedroom and living area.



PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY):



We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





KITCHEN



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, including:

COMMUNITY POOL



Dive in, cool off, and make the most of your stay at the community pool.



Pool Hours: Monday - Sunday 9:00am - 7:00pm



To access the pool, you’ll have to take with you a blue bracelet that will be left on the counter inside the villa. You just need to scan it at the pool’s entrance.



IMPORTANT: Please only take the bracelet when going to the pool. Keeping track of the bracelet is very difficult. Upon check-out, please leave it where it was found. Kindly note that if the bracelet is lost, there will be a $50 replacement fee. Thank you for your understanding!





GETTING AROUND & PARKING



A rental car is needed during your stay at Palmas Fairway View to get around the resort and explore nearby areas. There are many activities within a 30-minute drive that you won’t want to miss. The villa includes one assigned parking spot. Please note that Ubers and taxis are not available in this area. The villa is about an hour's drive from San Juan Airport.



If looking to rent a golf cart so you can have direct access to the beach, we can provide the number of the rental companies on-site.





LOCATION



Palmas Fairway View enjoys one of the most coveted locations within Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico. Guests can walk to the beach and the community pool. The rest of Palmas del Mar's amenities are easily accessible by Golf Cart, which can be rented at Palmas del Mar. These include golf, tennis, a wide array of dining options, and various access points to the mile-long beach, marina, surfing, and mountain biking.



There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites:



- Golf at one of Palmas del Mar's two 18-hole Golf Courses. Tee times can be booked over the phone.

- Tennis at the Palmas del Mar Athletic Club with 20 courts that include artificial grass, Har-Tru Clay, and hard courts.

- Lunch or dinner at La Pescaderia, an oceanfront restaurant by the marina with some of the best seafood on the island.

- Explore the El Yunque Rainforest. El Yunque is an easy 40-minute drive from the property and is the only rainforest under US Flagship.

- Chill at the beach! It is within walking distance, is a mile-long, and has a great beachfront grill!
