We stayed at Wyndham Palmas del Mar for several days and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
When we arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM, we were told our room was not ready. I had requested a room close to my aunt’s, but was told we'd need to wait for it to be cleaned. After a bit of back and forth, the manager Jayson kindly offered a $150 credit for the inconvenience, but ultimately we were placed in the next building over—not ideal, but manageable.
Room:
The rooms were clean but very small. The bathroom, in particular, was extremely cramped and the toilet flush was obnoxiously loud. The water in the shower was difficult to regulate—it constantly shifted from hot to cold and back to extremely cold, which made showering uncomfortable. The TV had very limited options (about 30 channels),
