Other things to note
- There is a Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.
- There is early check in fee and late check out fees

- The house is old but we keep it clean and cozy. if you are looking for a modern fresh renovation house, our house is not for you.

-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
