The space: A beautifully designed home offering rustic charm and executive-level comfort. The main level features stylish barn door accents, a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances and a coffee station, an oversized dining room for big families or work crews, a dedicated game room, multiple Smart TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Outside, enjoy a private, fenced backyard patio and a classic farmhouse-style front porch.





Bedrooms: Four Executive Suites, each with a king bed and premium linens, plus Bedroom 5 with a queen bed. Large closets in every room for extended stay guests.





Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology, with a unique code provided prior to check-in. Minimum age to rent is 21.





Other things to note: Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Streaming available with your own logins. Quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM, zero-tolerance party policy. No smoking. No pets unless pre-approved ($90 per pet non-refundable fee if approved or unauthorized). Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (driveway parking for multiple vehicles or crew trucks). Ring doorbell plus exterior gate cameras only (no interior cameras). 45+ night stays get a mid-stay reset. Guests responsible for damages.
