When you are up for a short road trip, the cities of Washington and St. George, less than 10 minutes away, offer up even more destinations for exploration with bustling city features of shopping, dining, and nightlife. You’ll find endless reasons to spend most of your time outdoors, with nearby trailheads for hiking at any skill level, state parks, golf courses, and so much more!



The home’s spacious balcony provides a scenic space for relaxation, whether you’re grilling up your afternoon meal or enjoying an evening cocktail under the stars in front of the outdoor fireplace. A table and chairs set can accommodate 6 whether you choose to dine al fresco or enjoy a game of cards in the fresh, open air. Stepping indoors through the sliding glass doors, you’ll find a more formal dining room with seating for 7. The chef-inspired kitchen, just steps away, features stainless steel appliances amongst rich cabinetry and countertops, providing all the cookware and dining ware necessary for preparing delicious home cooked meals. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms. This is a ground level walk out condo that can be accessed by parking in front of the building and following the sidewalk around the building to the front door. It can also be accessed by stairs from the parking garage.





Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and spa bathtub.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size poster bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 1 set of full-sized bunk beds, one Queen bed, and a smart TV.



The home includes an additional full guest bathroom with a large vanity and shower/tub combo.

**This condo is on the 2nd floor. NO ELEVATORS.

Underground parking available for 2 vehicles, bumper to bumper. Additional parking is available in the lot in front of the building.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
