Located within walking distance to the local beaches and the cafe, this relaxed cottage is in a quiet street bordering the National Park. This comfortable 3 bedroom cottage accommodates up to 6 people. Great for the family with a large rear yard or for just a quiet getaway for two.

For the rest of Summer Season, a 3 night minimum applies.

Where will I be?

Sandlines is located at the northern end of Hyams Beach, close to Boat Ramp beach and the White Sands Walk which takes you through the national park to Vincentia. It is an amble down to the main beach and Hyams Beach Cafe.

Why choose Sandlines?

Sandlines has a large lovely backyard that backs on to the bush. Having a BBQ on the back deck is an ideal way to relax and absorb the beautiful bush surrounds.

How is the property laid out?

There are three bedrooms, a queen with TV, a double and a bunk room, all with built ins. The bathroom and toilet have been renovated with a separate additional toilet. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and lead onto the back deck which overlooks the good sized backyard and the bush beyond. The laundry is off the deck and has a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso pod coffee machine. BYO your own pods please.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property does have Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email. The living room has a Smart TV and Chromecast is available for the TV in the bedroom.

You may use the house WiFi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B. A Smart TV is provided soyou're welcome to sign in with your own Netflix account.

What about outdoors?

A large covered deck complete with a gas BBQ allows for all day relaxing.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Sandlines is equipped with the following for either heating or cooling: a split system air conditioner in the kitchen / dining / living area, an electric blanket on the queen bed, various portable electric heaters, and various pedestal fans.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sandlines does supply linen, though please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Parking for cars?

There is off street parking on the driveway for two cars.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sandlines is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
