Casa Mont'Santo with Balcony and Terrace

Casa Mont'Santo is a rustic and secular house, with Jewish features and located in the most Portuguese village in Portugal. From the house, we highlight a panoramic balcony and a fantastic terrace with barbecue, from which we enjoy a stunning view of the village and the immensity of the landscape. These two spaces lead us to contemplation and peace, close to nature. The chirping of birds and the rest of the flora, compel us to forget the routine and bring us to other times!

The house has three floors, three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, balcony and a panoramic terrace on the top floor.

￫ Bedrooms
The house has two bedrooms with a double bed and one with a single bed.

￫ Bathroom
The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

￫ Living Room
The living room is made for relaxing, with a flat-screen TV, a comfy sofa, armchairs, and an indoor fireplace — perfect for creating a warm atmosphere on cooler days. Firewood is not included, but if you let us know when booking, we’ll have it ready for your arrival for an additional fee. The room also features air conditioning, so you’ll be comfortable year-round.

The house has a convenient panoramic terrace with a barbecue that offers splendid views of the village and its natural landscape.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker.

￫ Casa Mont'Santo has the “Clean and Safe” seal from the Portuguese Tourism Authority due to Covid-19.
￫ In order to ensure your safety, and in accordance with Covid-19 best practices, our properties are always cleaned by a professional cleaning team.
￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's passport information.
￫ Check-out will be presencial and must be done until 12pm.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For reservations equal or longer than 28 nights, the property bills are included up to 150€. Exceeding amounts will be charged separately.
