Ende Mai in Combe Martin

Nette, großzügige Wohnung,mit integrierter Parkmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Nachteil ist das,wenn auch sehr nette, Frühstücksrestaurant im EG, man hört,wenn morgens im Restaurant die Angestellten kommen,das ist recht laut und man riecht alles was unten gebruzzelt wird, besonders den Bacon. Wenn man im Urlaub nicht ganz so früh aufstehen möchte,ist das eher unangenehm.

Tolle Wohnung und Lage

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je hatten, absolute Empfehlung 😀!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und super ausgestattet. Nichts hat gefehlt. Aus dem Erker im Wohnzimmer hat man seitlichen Meerblick. Unten im Haus ist ein Café mit leckeren Pasties. Im Garten kann man gemütlich sitzen. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Excellent stay

Amazing time at this clean, well placed apartment. The apartment had everything a family would need for a holiday away from home. A welcome basket which was thoughtful touch and extremely clean. The location is perfect by the beach and a short drive to all Exmoor has to offer. Will definitely recommend this property :)

Fantastic Property

Stunning location, stones throw from the beach with kayak hire on your doorstep. Apartment is so spacious and like a home from home. Perfectly clean, lovely additional touches. Our little girl loved the board games. Thanks so much for the welcome goodies. We’ll definitely return.

Well earned break

Lovely apartment, great location right next to the seafront. Really enjoyed our stay. We received a very welcome gift pack of essentials. What we didn't realise was the amount of steep steps up to the property which could be a problem to some not so spritely OAP's especially when carrying luggage upstairs. Decking area upstairs could do with a non slip covering of some kind. We really enjoyed our stay and just trying to be a bit helpful with some constructive criticism.

Lovely spot

The accommodation was as described and suited our family perfectly. There was a lovely welcome pack and the flat was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The off-site parking and smell from the cafe below was a minor niggle but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Great to have a view of the sea from the lounge. Would recommend :)

Excellent Stay

Myself and 3 other ladies spent 2 nights in this property as we were walking the coast path Lynmouth to Coombe Martin. This property was in a brilliant location just a couple of minutes walk from the coast path and near several pubs for a much needed drink and food after the long walk . The hosts also provided a fantastic welcome package for us. Thank you so much. We all would definitely recommend this host and apartment .

Fabulous stay! Had everything we needed. Situated in a perfect spot. We were walking the coast path so it was perfectly located for this by the beach and also near a pub which is right on the beach with great views for watching the sun go down.

Restful break at beachside apartment

Beautifully appointed flat with sea view from the window in the sitting room. It was only a two minute walk to the beach and less to several friendly and pleasant eating places. We mainly stayed in Combe Martin, going for walks on the beach and further afield but did visit RHS Rosemoor at Great Torrington - about an hour's car journey away in the middle of the week, when the weather was at its warmest. It was great to have the parking permit, which allowed us to park in several nearby locations. One of us is slightly disabled and found the outside steps a bit of a trial, as was there only being one bathroom. Kirsty could not have been more helpful and her welcome package went above and beyond what we expected. However the map on the Vrbo website was misleading and confusing. The actual location was excellent despite being a little difficult to find after a very tiring journey.

Lovely well appointed flat/apartment situated close to the beach, shops and cafe. The property has all that you need to look after yourself during your stay. We were very happy with the property, and the host also provided a welcome pack which included a bottle of Prosecco which was a very nice touch.

Absolutely Superb

This apartment is amazing. It is very very well equipped, spotlessley clean and has a fabulous living room with a view! We arrived to a lovely welcome basket and fresh flowers on the kitchen table. There were board games in the TV unit which our sons enjoyed. Internet is great. You are provided with a parking permit for the nearby carpark. There isn't anything else we could have asked for during our stay. Communication from Kirsty is excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to return in the future. Thank you 😊
